You may use WooVina Theme for commercial and non commercial purpose. You may use it to create your company's or personal website. If you are a designer or a freelancer, you can use them for your clients. Our templates/extensions have been also used from non profits organizations and institutions, as well as churches. However, you may not use our templates/extensions to create sites which convey to inappropriate content like crime, violence, threatening etc.

We do not believe in imposing limitations. Feel free to use our products on unlimited sites with lifetime usage.

For free users of the theme we provide a basic level of support for WooVina which is provided via our email ticketing system and includes the following:

• Answering questions about WooVina features and functions
• Responsing to any bugs you may have found in the theme

Please note that free support is ONLY provided by submitting a new support ticket on our website and not via any other method.

Due to time and resource constraints we are only able to provide a basic level of support for free users. The means we will NOT provide any of the following for free users:

• Logging into your site to investigate or fix any issues you have with your site
• Customization services or any other custom work
• WordPress general support (please, use wordpress.org forums for that)
• Themes modifications and customizations
• Third-party plugins integrations
• Server diagnostics, maintenance or any other server related service
• Any other things that are not related to our products directly

Customers who purchase an extension(s) or child theme(s) will be given support for the extension(s) via the our email ticketing system. When creating a support ticket, the user is required to enter the license code for the extension in the form.

The support that is provided for an extension is only given to questions that are directly related to the extension. Whilst we respond to extension questions before questions from free users, purchasing an extension does not entitle the customer to a higher level of support. Support for paid extensions is subject to the same conditions for free users (e.g no support at weekend, no custom work etc).

Our official support hours are between 9AM and 5PM (GMT+7 time) Monday – Friday.

For users who are looking for free support we aim to respond to new tickets within 24 hours (Monday-Friday). Please note this is only an estimate and our actual response times may vary depending on support load and we may well take longer to respond to more advanced or technical queries.

No, we provide regular support to users who have purchased an extension/child theme or use the free core version. Priority support is only provided to people who have purchased priority support.

Our support hours are Monday-Friday, so officially we do not provide any support over the weekend. However, if a member of the team is working at some point over the weekend we may reply to the support ticket.

We accept PayPal payments, credit cards (major credit cards like Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American express etc). Please contact us for further details regarding the payment methods.

After your membership expires you may continue using the same products you have downloaded and installed on your domain. In fact, you may use the same products for lifetime if you wish. No other payment is required to keep the same products. However, you won't be able to have support from WooVina Team after the expiry. Support is given as long as you are an active member.

Yes, we have a money back program that refunds completely your payment, if it is asked for it up to 7 days after your subscription day. Although it is a money back program, we will need a valid reason to refund your payment.
